Hill International is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to support the delivery of major infrastructure projects in Valencia, Spain.
We are looking for a structured, analytical and delivery-focused professional capable of establishing and managing robust project controls across programme, cost, risk, change, reporting and performance management.
Experience in port, maritime or logistics infrastructure would be highly valued, although candidates with strong backgrounds in transport, rail, aviation, industrial, energy or other major infrastructure sectors will also be considered.
