We are seeking a highly organised Project Controls Assistant Officer to provide project administration, reporting and governance support across a portfolio of projects. This role is ideal for someone with project coordination or administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a strong eye for detail.

Experience in project administration, project coordination or a project delivery environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Demonstrated experience maintaining registers, tracking actions and supporting project reporting activities.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
