Requirements:
5–7 years of experience in Project Control for large-scale industrial or EPC projects
Strong capability in managing project costs, schedules, risks, and performance indicators
Skilled in project planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and progress reporting
Experienced in preparing and maintaining baseline schedules, cost estimates, and control plans
Proficient in Primavera P6 or MS Project
Strong analytical skills, with ability to identify schedule delays, cost deviations, and risk impacts
Knowledge of change management, claims support, and risk mitigation strategies
Excellent communication and coordination skills across engineering, procurement, and construction teams
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines
