ANDRITZ (PKP - Knife Systems) is seeking a self-motivated individual to provide support to Product Managers, Regional Sales Managers, and service area for Knife Systems. This position is located in and will report to Oldsmar, FL.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of experience as a Staff Accountant, Senior Accountant, Inventory Accountant, Financial Analyst, or Procurement/Purchasing Administrator-Analyst.
  • Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance required.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • SAP experience is required.
  • Intermediate experience in Microsoft SharePoint is desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills with ability to work in a team environment.
  • Skilled at working independently to own assigned tasks and duties.
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Perform moderately complex tasks requiring a fundamental knowledge of the Company’s products and services.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES

Major responsibilities are listed but not necessarily limited to the following duties, and may change based on the needs of the organization:

  • Process consignment inventory counts usage expensing for customer projects.
  • Prepare and maintain reports to track customer performance metrics against contractual obligations and expectations.
  • Track and compile data to invoice customers on a monthly and as needed basis.
  • Maintain reports and schedules detailing and tracking customer sales and other revenue items.
  • Account for and manage financial data to support Product Managers, Regional Sales Managers, Service Technicians and other management personnel.
  • Prepare for and participate in bi-weekly meetings with Project Controlling Team, Regional Sales Managers, Customer Service and other management personnel.
  • Set up customer quotes in SAP and maintain interface with Andritz Sales Platform.
  • Set up projects, process sales orders and contracts in SAP and accurately enter data according to contract and purchase order terms.
  • Maintain all documents (contracts/agreements/POs/inventory counts/supporting docs) in SAP, SharePoint and computer network file folders.
  • Establish and maintain working relationship with appropriate external customer personnel in order to support the needs of the Project Controlling team.
  • Cross-train with other team members to become familiar with other duties falling under the Project Controlling group responsibilities.
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned.
