Greenvolt Next France is seeking a Project Controller who will be responsible for ensuring the efficient administrative, financial and operational coordination of the Carrefour project. Acting as the central point of support for project management, the role provides comprehensive assistance to the Project Director and project team, ensuring accurate reporting, document management, budget monitoring, supplier coordination and compliance with internal procedures. This position plays a key role in maintaining project governance, facilitating communication between stakeholders and supporting the successful delivery of project milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Project Director and project team.
· Maintain project documentation, ensuring proper version control, filing, traceability and compliance with company standards.
· Support project planning activities, including meeting organization, agenda preparation, minutes, action tracking and follow-up.
· Monitor project budgets, commitments, purchase orders, invoices and payment status, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and project timelines.
· Prepare regular project reports, dashboards and KPIs for management review.
· Coordinate communication with internal departments including Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR and HSE.
· Support contract administration, ensuring supplier and subcontractor documentation is complete, updated and properly archived.
· Track project deliverables, milestones and deadlines, escalating risks or delays when necessary.
· Assist in the preparation of business cases, presentations, project status reports and management reporting packs.
· Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, logistics and visitor management for project-related activities.
· Support procurement activities, including supplier onboarding, purchase requisitions and invoice tracking.
· Maintain accurate records of project costs and support monthly financial closing activities.
· Facilitate communication with external stakeholders, consultants, suppliers, contractors, clients and local authorities when required.
· Support audit processes and ensure compliance with company policies and project governance requirements.
