
Position: Project Controls/Scheduling Lead (full-time, permanent)
Location: Various projects in North Central USA
Rotation: 3 weeks on, 1 week off
Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off
What We Offer:
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Controls/Scheduling Lead is responsible for hands-on execution and leadership of all project controls activities for a large-scale transmission construction project.
This is a working lead role. The Project Controls/Scheduling Lead directly develops, maintains, analyzes, and reports project schedule, cost, progress, and performance data. Project Coordinators support this role by providing field inputs, documentation, and supporting data; however, the Project Controls Lead retains ownership and accountability for all project controls analysis, forecasting, reporting, and outputs.
The role implements established project controls standards and systems at the project level but does not own corporate standards or multi-project governance.
