JASARA PMC is actively seeking a highly skilled Project Control Manager to lead our project management initiatives within our diverse portfolio of projects. In this role, you will utilize your expertise to oversee all aspects of project controls, ensuring meticulous planning, monitoring, and control processes are applied to deliver our projects on time and within budget. Your efforts will directly contribute to the successful realization of our objectives while aligning with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

Your responsibilities will encompass developing project control frameworks, analyzing performance metrics, mitigating risks, and implementing strategies that optimize project performance. As a vital member of our team, you will work collaboratively with project stakeholders to enhance project delivery and communicate progress effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of project controls strategies and methodologies.
• Establish project baselines and ensure adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Continuously monitor project performance, preparing detailed reports to communicate updates and concerns to stakeholders.
• Assess project risks and implement proactive measures to mitigate identified threats.
• Work closely with project teams to streamline processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior project control staff, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project controls or project management in the engineering and construction industry.
• Proficient in project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing project teams.
