In this role, you'll:


Lead the project controls function, ensuring the delivery portfolio is effectively planned, monitored, and governed in line with cost, schedule, risk, and change control frameworks.


You will drive performance, consistency, and accountability across delivery teams, enabling informed decision-making and successful execution of strategic initiatives. You will also manage complex portfolio challenges, issues, and competing priorities, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.



Please note, we have two Fixed Term Full-Time roles till 31/03/2028.

About you


•Experience across project delivery lifecycles (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).


•Strong experience managing portfolios, programs, and cross-functional initiatives in complex or matrix environments.


•Proven leadership experience managing project controls or PMO teams.


•Expertise in establishing and improving PMO processes, governance, and frameworks.


•Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Smartsheet).


•Familiarity with PPM tools (e.g. Clarity, Planview, ServiceNow PPM).


•Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex issues and priorities.


•Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent experience.


•Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2®, PMBOK, P3M3, PMI-RMP, or AACE (e.g. CCP, PSP, EVP), or equivalent.
