Responsibilities:
Progress Billing Support
Assist in the preparation of progress billings/invoices based on project completion, milestones, or percentage-of-completion
Coordinate with project engineers and project managers to validate accomplished work for billing
Maintain and update billing schedules and supporting documentation
Track unbilled accomplishments and ensure timely invoicing
Help monitor billing status and follow up on outstanding invoices
Cost Monitoring & Control
Support tracking of project costs, commitments, and expenditures
Update cost reports and assist in monitoring budgets vs. actual costs
Help identify cost variances and flag issues to senior project controls staff
Assist in maintaining project cost databases and records
Scheduling & Progress Tracking
Assist in updating project schedules and progress reports
Collect and consolidate inputs from project teams for progress measurement
Support tracking of project milestones and deliverables
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and update weekly and monthly project reports
Maintain records of billing, cost reports, and project documentation
Assist in generating dashboards, KPIs, and performance summaries
Ensure accuracy and organization of all project-related data
Coordination & Administrative Support
Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Finance, and Clients on project-related data
Assist in document control and filing of project information
Support meetings by preparing reports and taking minutes if required
Compliance & Data Integrity
Ensure all financial and administrative processes comply with company policies
Maintain accurate and reliable records for audits and project reviews
Support internal and external audit requirements
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in project controls, accounting, or administrative support (fresh graduates may be considered)
Basic understanding of Project cost control and reporting, Progress billing and invoicing processes, and Project scheduling concepts
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
