
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Master's in Project Management or Engineering
Primavera P6 Certification or equivalent scheduling tool proficiency
At least 10 years of experience, with minimum 5 years in dam or hydro scheduling and controls.
Experience supporting claims management and contract administration through scheduling data
Develop and maintain baseline, updated, and look-ahead schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Ensure the schedule reflects realistic resource planning, construction sequencing, and HSE-critical activities.
Analyze schedule variances, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective measures.
Prepare and present regular progress reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) including S-curves, earned value metrics, and critical path analyses.
Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of timelines
Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project
Strong understanding of construction methodologies in civil, hydraulic, and geotechnical engineering
Ability to perform critical path analysis, earned value analysis, and what-if scenarios
