We are seeking a Project Consultant with experience in PMO and project delivery to support the successful delivery of projects through effective project initiation, planning, execution, governance, and reporting. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support project planning, execution, and monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, costs, and invoicing activities with project team and finance department.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, vendors, and key stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with PMO governance standards.
• Support portfolio reporting and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or Project Delivery.
• Experience in IT or Digital Transformation projects is preferred.
• Strong understanding of project governance, project delivery, and PMO best practices.
• Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• PMP certification preferred.
Skills:
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Jira, Odoo or similar project management tools.
• Strong presentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English
