We are now looking for a Project Completion Engineer - Electro for one of our customers based in Stord.

Duration: 02.06.2026 - 31.12.2027

Responsibilities:

• Role to ensure completion and commissioning requirements of all PWP electrical systems, meeting all project and operational requirements, including verification and assurance.

• Responsible for implementing the commissioning certification and handover process according to Project Completion Strategy for relevant systems.

• Responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handover of relevant systems to the Asset Operations team upon completion of commissioning activities.

• Create detailed commissioning plans for Electro systems.

• Supervise the installation and commissioning of Electro systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

• Conduct functional tests and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the commissioning process.

• Maintain comprehensive commissioning documentation and provide regular progress reports.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Provide training and guidance for operation and maintenance of Electro systems.

• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.

• Responsible for dedicated Electro systems, providing supervision, direction, and guidance with regards to:

• Execution of Commissioning activities assigned by the Comm System Lead Electro

• Verify Construction Field installations are according to design drawings, collaboration with System Lead

• Knowledge of reading/understanding SLDs, circuit diagrams, P&IDs and ISOs

• Participate in check-out, verification (Walk Down/Yellow line) according to the RFCC Hand-Over Process

• Plan and facilitate for check-out/execution of static commissioning

• Plan and facilitate for Dynamic Commissioning activities

• Participate in meetings for planning Commissioning activities

• Ensure good communication between operation, maintenance, contractors, and suppliers according to good Alliance practice

• Daily reporting to the Commissioning System Lead regarding ongoing Commissioning activities

• Assist with the collection of documentation related to RFOC Hand-over according to the System Lead's instructions

• Participate in pre-start-up and performance test reviews when necessary

• Contribute and advise related to Electrical input to overall Completion strategy and planning

• Provide guidance and direction to the Electrical Commissioning Team, contributing in developing and reviewing relevant commissioning procedures.

Requirements:

• BSc. in Electrical Engineering or a related field or equivalent education / experience.

• Electrician Certificate

• Documented Ex competence with valid classroom courses

• Offshore Safety Course

• Valid FSE course

• Work onsite at Stord and offshore
