Role Purpose

The Project Coordinator & Visa Support role is a critical function designed to provide dedicated coordination and administrative oversight to the Service business. As our operations expand, this role will act as a central hub, supporting Project Managers and Fleet Managers in the delivery of our project portfolio while ensuring seamless mobility for our workforce through meticulous management of Visa and work permit requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination:Partner with Project Managers to track, coordinate, and drive the progression of project actions across the entire portfolio.
• Fleet Operational Support:Assist Fleet Managers with day-to-day operational coordination, ensuring smooth workflows across the service business.
• Visa & Immigration Compliance:Manage the end-to-end administration of Visas and work permits, including tracking expiry dates, initiating renewals, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring all regulatory timelines are met.
• Documentation & Reporting:Maintain accurate, up-to-date records for all projects and mobility-related activity; provide regular status reports to leadership.
• Stakeholder Liaison:Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams, mobile employees, and external agencies to ensure project and workforce needs are met effectively.
• Process Improvement:Drive visibility, consistency, and control by identifying opportunities to streamline administrative and mobility-related processes.
