Working within the Professional Services Group this role will be focused on the delivery coordination of small enhancements to our suite of products for both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate multiple small pieces of customer work
  • Track progress against plans and Scope of Work
  • Coordinate interdependent activities across different teams
  • Proactive management of delivery risks, issues, associated reporting, escalation and resolution
  • Track and monitor milestones and report on delivery activity and project status
  • Interface with Delivery Lead and Team Leader to communicate status regularly and escalate when necessary
  • Organise, run and document internal delivery meetings
  • React to changing priorities
  • Signal when payment milestones have been met for customer invoices to be submitted
  • Maintain internal systems as directed
  • Enhance and improve documentation and processes as required

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

Essential:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills, including instigating difficult conversations with stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Comfortable to proactively challenge both internally and externally to ensure project stays on track
  • Experience of planning and/or resource allocation
  • Experience working with/ alongside an industry recognised project management methodology eg PRINCE2
  • Demonstrable experience of co-ordinating workstreams to achieve a common goal
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in all aspects of the project lifecycle
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • 1-2 years of Project Management or Project Management Office experience

Desirable:

  • Desire to progress into project management
  • Understanding of software/Saas/ERP systems and their delivery
  • Prince 2 or similar experience/ qualification
  • Degree educated
