The Sanskrit Quality Control Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and validating AI training data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project guidelines. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent language understanding, and the ability to identify errors in complex data sets.

• Review completed tasks submitted by Trainers, including questions, images, and corresponding reference answers.
• Independently verify whether provided answers accurately match the information shown in images.
• Identify incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or inconsistent responses and flag quality issues.
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to improve annotation accuracy and overall data quality.
• Apply project guidelines and quality standards consistently when reviewing content.
• Track recurring error patterns and communicate findings to the project team.
• Ensure submitted work meets required quality standards before final approval.
• Escalate ambiguous cases, unclear instructions, or difficult examples for further review.
• Support continuous improvement of AI training datasets through accurate quality assessments.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a highly meticulous professional with strong Sanskrit language skills and the ability to evaluate information objectively. Experience in quality control, proofreading, editing, or data review is beneficial, but a strong quality mindset and attention to detail are essential.

• Native or strong proficiency in Sanskrit.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify subtle errors or inconsistencies.
• Strong visual observation and reading comprehension skills.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and apply evaluation criteria consistently.
• Strong written English communication skills, especially for providing feedback and explanations.
• Previous experience in quality assurance, quality control, proofreading, editing, or data validation is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks reliably.
• Access to a computer and stable internet connection.
• Interest in artificial intelligence, language technologies, and data quality processes is preferred.
