The Data Trainer will support AI training initiatives by reviewing visual data, validating information, and producing accurate responses according to established project standards.

• Review pre-defined questions paired with images and determine accurate answers based only on the visual information provided.
• Analyze image content carefully to identify relevant details and extract the required information.
• Provide clear and consistent “golden” answers to support AI model training and evaluation.
• Identify and flag unclear, corrupted, or incomplete images that cannot be accurately reviewed.
• Maintain quality and consistency across assigned batches of tasks.
• Follow detailed project instructions, guidelines, and evaluation criteria provided by the project team.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail throughout the validation process.
• Contribute to improving AI systems through reliable human-generated data.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong language skills, the ability to follow structured instructions, and an interest in AI-related projects.

• Native or highly proficient Portuguese language skills.
• Fluent English proficiency, especially for reading and written communication.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to interpret visual information and provide precise written responses.
• Capacity to follow detailed instructions consistently and independently.
• Reliable access to a computer and stable internet connection.
• Previous experience with data annotation, data labeling, quality review, or similar tasks is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
