Accountabilities:
The Project Chiron - Bengali Quality Control Specialist will be responsible for reviewing AI training data, validating content accuracy, and ensuring submitted tasks meet established quality standards.
- Review completed annotation tasks, including original questions, images, and reference answers, to verify accuracy and consistency.
- Independently evaluate whether provided answers correctly match the information shown in images and project requirements.
- Identify incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or inconsistent responses and provide appropriate corrections.
- Deliver clear and constructive feedback to improve the quality of submitted work.
- Apply project guidelines and evaluation criteria consistently to ensure objective quality reviews.
- Monitor recurring error patterns and communicate insights to the project team.
- Escalate ambiguous cases, such as unclear questions or low-quality images, for further review and resolution.
- Ensure reviewed outputs meet required quality standards before final approval.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail throughout all assigned tasks.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have strong Bengali language proficiency, excellent observation skills, and the ability to evaluate content objectively while following detailed guidelines.
- Native or strong proficiency in Bengali.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Strong visual observation skills and reading comprehension abilities.
- Ability to analyze information carefully and identify errors or inconsistencies.
- Ability to follow detailed guidelines, rubrics, and quality standards consistently.
- Strong written English communication skills, particularly for providing feedback and documenting findings.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, quality control, editing, proofreading, content review, or data validation is preferred.
- Reliable access to a computer and stable internet connection.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks effectively in a remote environment.
