Project & Change Manager – Financial ERP (Hybrid – Charleroi)
We are looking for an experienced Project & Change Manager to lead both the operational delivery and organizational change management of a major Financial ERP transformation program.
This role combines project governance with change leadership to ensure successful implementation, strong stakeholder engagement, and user adoption across a large organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end delivery of the ERP transformation project
Plan and monitor project milestones, deliverables, budgets, risks, and reporting
Identify and resolve operational issues, risks, and project dependencies
Define and execute the change management strategy aligned with project planning
Analyze organizational impacts and identify affected business populations
Develop and implement communication, training, and adoption plans
Coordinate and support a network of change ambassadors and key stakeholders
Monitor user adoption and support continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate closely with business, finance, and IT teams throughout the transformation journey
Required Skills & Experience
6–10 years of experience in:
IT Project Management
Change Management
ERP implementation and transformation programs
Strong expertise in:
Business Process Management
Risk Management
Financial reporting and finance processes
Large enterprise or public-sector environments
Experience with major ERP platforms is highly desirable
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to combine structured project delivery with a people-oriented change approach
Languages
French: Native or bilingual proficiency
