Job Title: Project & Change Execution Manager - CRM Change, VP

Location: Mumbai, India
- Reporting to the Credit Risk Change Portfolio Manager, the VP PMO will support the delivery and continuous improvement of the Change Governance Framework across a portfolio of regulatory, remediation and strategic transformation initiatives.
- The role will be responsible for day-to-day leadership of portfolio governance, reporting, book of work management, resource and financial management, process documentation and stakeholder communications. The individual will act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, ensuring governance is effective, delivery information is accurate, and decisions are supported by clear, timely and actionable insight.
- A key component of the role will be driving AI-enabled efficiencies across portfolio management and change delivery, reducing manual effort, improving reporting quality, strengthening controls and enhancing decision-making through automation and data-driven insights.

Your key responsibilities
- Drive and evolve the Change Governance Framework, standards and operating model across the Credit Risk Change portfolio.
- Support portfolio governance, support demand management and prioritisation.
- Provide visibility across delivery, risks, dependencies, resources, financials and benefits realization
- Lead a high-performing PMO team, driving standardisation, efficiency and continuous improvement. Manage and develop PMO resources, promoting high standards of accountability, quality and delivery excellence
- Define and execute the PMO AI strategy, introducing automation, predictive insights and self-service reporting capabilities across the change organisation.
- Act as a trusted advisor and constructive challenger to senior stakeholders, enabling effective portfolio decisions and delivery outcomes
- Develop and execute a communication strategy across the portfolio, ensuring stakeholders receive clear, consistent and timely updates.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive process documentation, governance standards, operating procedures and audit-ready artefacts
Your skills and experience
- PMO, Portfolio Management or Transformation Office leadership experience within financial services.
- Proven experience establishing governance frameworks across large-scale regulatory and transformation portfolios.
- Strong portfolio prioritisation, investment governance, resource management and financial management expertise.
- Experience supporting senior governance forums, including SteerCos, ExCos and regulatory reviews.
- Demonstrate implementing AI, automation and data-driven governance capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and executive communication skills.
- Knowledge of Credit Risk, regulatory change and remediation programmes
- dbClarity and Jira experience is desirable
