Reporting to the Executive Director, Organizational Strategy and Performance (or delegate), the role works across internal teams, operational units, external partners, and communities to help translate organizational priorities into structured, measurable, and deliverable outcomes.
This role plays a key part in supporting the stand-up and evolution of the organization by coordinating organizational priorities, projects, and implementation activities while establishing governance, reporting, and organizational capability. Projects may include both internal organizational initiatives and external-facing initiatives involving operational units, communities, government partners, or other public safety stakeholders.
Operating in a developing, high-profile, and fast-moving environment, the role requires strong organizational capability, structured thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously across complex stakeholder and operational environments.
