Are you passionate about turning information into insight and helping bring complex initiatives to life? As a Project and Capability Analyst you will support organizational priorities, strategic initiatives, and operational projects that help build Alberta's newest police service the Alberta Sheriffs Police Service (ASPS). This role provides research, analysis, implementation support, and decision-making insights to support organizational growth and operational readiness.
Working in a fast-paced and evolving environment, you will collaborate with internal teams, operational units, external partners, and stakeholders to gather information, identify opportunities for improvement, support project implementation, and contribute to organizational effectiveness.

Key Competencies
A University graduation in business, public administration, project management, organizational development, public safety, business analysis, or a related field plus four (4) years of related experience; or equivalent.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 36.25 hours per week.

• Must obtain and maintain the relevant level of security clearance prior to and throughout employment with ASPS.
• Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver's License or equivalent.

• Successful applicants must provide proof of qualifications.
