  • Support solution design, testing, implementation, and operational handover activities.
  • Assess change impacts and contribute to change readiness and adoption activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and external vendors.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, process maps, and business cases as required.
  • Support continuous improvement and the successful delivery of strategic business initiatives.

About You

Our ideal candidate will bring:

  • Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, project delivery, or organisational change.
  • Qualifications in Business Analysis, Change Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
  • Proficiency in process mapping methodologies and business analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • The ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience working on technology, systems, or business transformation projects will be highly regarded.
