Tasks required:
Typical Admin Task
Files management (Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner)
Manage the talent acquisition process for the technical/IT vacancies, which includes recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants
Lead process development effort to centralize sourcing information and improve efficiency of the talent acquisition process
Manage company's Facebook page for new job postings and qualify applicants that applied via Facebook
Communicate and liaise with the Business Development Team to get a clear view of the hiring needs and organizational goals of the clients
Define job descriptions and document specifications
Research and create presentations as assigned
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Resolve administrative problems within, but not limited to the Human Resource Team
Perform additional tasks or projects assigned
Open to ad hoc tasks
Requirements
Proven work experience as an Recruiter or any relevant role is required
Technical recruitment experience is a plus
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and possesses great attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations talent management systems
Ability to work on flexible schedule
Clear and concise communicator with effective verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
The ability to take initiative and work independently as well as seek direction
Should have an understanding of the businesses and their needs
Expertise and training on the following tools when needed will be provided:
MS Office
Google Suite
ATS/HRIS
