Job Description

In the Project Associate position,you'llcoordinate customer bid and project activities, ensuring bids are delivered accurately, on time and in alignment with Direct Supply's quality and brand standards.You'lloversee project fulfillment by coordinating service providers, managing projecttimelinesand helping ensure projects are completed as planned. Working closely with customers, serviceprovidersand internal teams,you'llprovide proactive communication and coordination to deliver a seamless customer experience and successful project outcomes.

WhatYou’llDo and Impact:

  • Coordinate customer bid activities by partnering with technical experts to define project scope, developaccuratequotesand delivertimelybid proposals.

  • Collaborate with Building Services Consultants, Building Services Specialists, serviceprovidersand suppliers to ensureaccuratepricing,scopeand equipment recommendations.

  • Procure equipment by obtaining pricing, coordinating withsuppliersandidentifyingcost-saving opportunities through Direct Supply solutions.

  • Manage project fulfillment by coordinating service providers, tracking projectmilestonesand ensuring projects are completed on time.

  • Communicate project updates, timelines and change orders with customers, serviceprovidersand internal teams to ensure a seamless project experience.

  • Place and track equipment orders to support successful project execution and on-time delivery.

  • Resolve project issues proactively while minimizingfinancial impactandmaintaininga high levelof customer satisfaction.

  • Provide customers with project closeout documentation, including warranty information and startup materials.

  • Partner across Operations, Sourcing,Salesand Marketing to strengthen cross-functional collaboration and enhancethe customerexperience.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that optimize processes, strengthen the service providernetworkand improve operational efficiency.

  • Train,mentorand support new Partners to build capability and promote consistent execution.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 1-3 years of project fulfillment-related experience

  • High degree of customer focus and customer service experience

Additional Items of Interest:

  • General knowledge and understanding of long-term care and senior living products and equipment

  • Customer service experience
