Primary Duties and Responsibilities

As the Project Management Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Frequent travel to all UCLA sites is required
  • Patient Experience Surveys, Cash Controls, Finance, and various other projects
  • Performs the full scope of auditing, including information systems according to professional auditing standards.
  • Coordinates with applicable system-wide training and support teams to ensure all program-related documents and digital information are up to date and accurate.
  • Provide independent, administrative, analytical, and program support to FPG Finance including maintaining the EPIC CareConnect Cashiering Table to assist with integrating a daily direct feed from EPIC CareConnect to UCLA Campus General Ledger.
  • Provide support to FPG Finance by analyzing financial reports related to the Cashiering Platform to minimize errors and ensure accuracy
  • Provide in office Cash Handling Training, Site Visit Audits, Financial Reporting

Salary Range: $78,500 - $163,600/Annually


Job Qualifications


We’re seeking a self-directed, detail-oriented professional with:

  • Frequent travel to all UCLA sites - REQUIRED
  • Minimum 5+ years of related experience or training - REQUIRED
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel with accuracy and appropriate formatting
  • Experience in leading, facilitating and sustaining service redesign and improvement in a clinical setting using proven methodologies. (LEAN) Experience supporting clinical colleagues through change with sound knowledge of change management principles and theory
  • Ability to independently analyze information or problems identifies relevant factors, trends, and options, then implement and monitor solutions
  • Writing skills to compose edit and proofread routine business correspondence using appropriate English grammar, syntax, spelling and punctuation
  • Ability to initiate, develop, and maintain relationships with patients, co-workers, administrative personnel, managers, directors, and clinicians
  • Skill in organizing and prioritizing workload in order to meet deadlines in light of changing, heavy workload and competing requirements
  • Ability to work extended hours when needed
