Overview

TRC creates and implements sophisticated and innovative solutions to the challenges facing America’s energy markets and infrastructure. A national energy and environmental services organization, TRC provides its services to America’s major industries, utilities, banks, insurance companies, and federal, state, and local government agencies.

TRC is seeking to hire a part-time temporary Senior Project Coordinator for an estimated three to four-month period to help complete an increased volume of year-end projects and ensure we meet critical deadlines. Hours may be as little as 8-hours a week, up to 32-hours a week, depending on the pre-determined availability of the chosen candidate and program needs.

We seek an individual with minimum three years’ experience using Energy Trust’s CRM and Project Tracker system to process projects and incentive payments. The senior project coordinator will process, manage and track multiple projects in various stages of completion. This position requires an individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, successfully meeting assigned deadlines.

Working closely with key cross-functional team members this position will communicate program information to customers and contractors and request missing information on projects to successfully complete incentive payments. They work closely with other team members to resolve project issues and prioritize projects to meet strict processing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate applications, determine final eligibility and payment amount for incentive payments.
• Perform project processing using client’s proprietary software system.
• Update and maintain accurate data via CRM systems, to include but not limited to: Customer contact information, project details and notes, remaining project tasks, etc.
• Understand energy efficient equipment requirements and communicate these to customers as needed.
• Conduct quality control reviews on assigned team members’ projects.
• Prepare project documentation to meet strict weekly project incentive payment deadlines.
• Work closely with the operations and outreach teams as well as subcontractors as needed to coordinate and track the details for multiple on-going projects in various stages.
• Provide outstanding customer service, utilizing excellent communication skills and positive attitude to work with detailed requests from customers, client staff, and internal team members.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience working on the Energy Trust of Oregon contract.
• 3+ years’ experience using Energy Trust CRM and Project Tracker to process incentive payments.
• Working knowledge of commercial and multifamily incentive programs in Oregon.
• Knowledge and experience using the TRC Captures software system.
• A self-starter who can work independently and multi-task with an elevated level of organization, communications, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and the ability to operate TRC/client designed customer relationships management (CRM) systems.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and apply technical information.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize projects to meet incentive payment deadlines.

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Salary Range: USD $34.00 – USD $40.00 an hour

Salary Range
