What the job looks like

Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

• Support of business development activities, including market research, database screenings, structured lead and opportunity tracking
• Coordination of conferences and trade fairs, this time the CPhI in Milano in October 2026, including appointment scheduling as well as logistical preparation and follow-up to ensure smooth participation and effective meetings
• Participation in external communication activities such as answering website requests, updates of website, orchestration of media plans, as well as operational management of social media posts and advertising campaigns
• Handling of some administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, expense reports, organization of team and customer meetings, follow-up on actions, powerpoint improvements

What you'll bring to the table

To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

• Degree in Management, Marketing or related fields
• Good level of English and communication skills (B2/C1)
• Self-confident, organized
• Powerpoint, excel, ideally AI applications
