Project Assistant (Project Manpower Support)

Reporting To:

Project Manager / Operations Manager

Job Purpose

Support the project team in coordinating manpower requirements, consolidating workforce information, and assisting with candidate sourcing to ensure timely mobilization of personnel for projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate manpower requests from project teams.
• Maintain and update manpower tracking reports, resource databases, and deployment status.
• Support the search and screening of CVs from internal databases, job portals, and other recruitment sources.
• Coordinate with Recruitment and Project teams to identify suitable candidates for project requirements.
• Prepare candidate summaries and manpower availability reports.
• Track mobilization schedules, onboarding status, and project staffing progress.
• Assist in maintaining project personnel records and documentation.
• Provide administrative support related to manpower planning and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering, or related fields.
• Open for Fresh Graduation.
• Good organizational and data management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
