Vestas Technology & Operations > Research & Development (R&D) > Onshore Project Support

Responsibilities

Project assistant role is to provide support to Product Project Managers and R&D activities as below

Maintain projects SAP PPM master data in a daily basis for budget of both resource and cost, milestones, project stages and status

Support Budget follow-up & control through Power BI system, the Frontend of SAP PPM

Purchase POs handling in SAP and follow up delivery

Develop necessary system to facilitate project scoping and execution, for ex, PowerApp, sharepoint list, Power BI for Risk Management tool, Project meeting setup, Scope database, etc.

Other Project tasks defined by project managers.

Qualifications

Fluent in English communication, writing is a must.

Minimum Bachelor degree.

Capable of being proficient in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint and Excel. PowerApp and Power BI

Data processing & analysis experience

Competencies

Being accountable and taking the ownership to carry out the task execution to the final result

Details oriented

Open-minded and able to adjust to business requirements

Being engaged and ready to facilitate unexpected activities in project execution
