Join Hitachi Energy as a Project Assistant and be an expert. This role allows you to gain in-depth knowledge of the specific market and provide our clients with the best-in-class product. You'll play a crucial role in making a significant impact on our business growth and customer satisfaction and contribute to building a team/function. How you’ll make an impact
You will assist project managers in planning, organizing, and tracking project activities and schedules.
You will prepare, compile, and distribute project-related documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
You will coordinate meetings, workshops, and events, including scheduling, venue booking, and material preparation.
You will maintain project files, databases, and communication channels to ensure information is readily accessible and up to date.
You will track project expenses and assist with budget monitoring and reporting, facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
You will perform general administrative duties as required to support project operations.
You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
You hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
3~5 years of experience in a project assistant or administrative support role, preferably within a corporate environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
