About the role
As a Project Architect/Designer , you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality architectural projects. You will be responsible for creating and elaborating partial designs, ensuring technical feasibility, managing building budgets, and supporting designers and architects. This position offers the opportunity to work independently while coordinating significant parts of the overall design across all project phases.
In this role, you will take on four core responsibilities:
Architect Design Excellence: Contribute to the creation of innovative and creative design solutions.
Architect Building Technology: Develop technical solutions for various project phases.
Project Representative: Represent UNS and your projects in formal meetings, including client interactions.
Project Management: Coordinate internal and external project activities to ensure smooth delivery.
Master’s degree or equivalent in Architecture
Has a minimum of 5 years relevant experience after achieving relevant degree within a dynamic, international environment
Knowledge of 3D Modelling in Rhinoceros plus Grasshopper
Familiar with all phases of design and construction
Experience with Revit software is a plus
Knowledge of 2D drawing in AutoCAD
Knowledge of rendering software such as Enscape and V-ray
Fluent in English (presenting, speaking, reading, writing)
Highly motivated, self-guided, and research driven
Willing to contribute to our collective knowledge culture
