Salary: $90k - $130k depending on experience

OUR CLIENT
TalentSphere has partnered with a well established and award winning Architecture Firm with an office in Calgary to assist them in finding a high level Project Leaad / Architect to join their team. This firm have an excellent reputation for high-end and unique design and have an excellent portfolio of work encompassing both large scale developments as well as small, boutique projects across residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed use and first nations work. This firm are continuing to grow and this is a great opportunity to join their collaborative team as they continue to produce award winning projects and provide excellent service delivery to their clients.

THE JOB
This role would suit a well rounded architect who is comfortable to work on all phases of projects from design completion. The ideal candidate will have an appreciation for superior design work and will come from a background demonstrating this. The role will have you giving input through all phases of the project. You will be involved in a variety of projects across different sectors, both small and large including multi-family, mixed-use, hospitality, first nations, recreational, commercial, amongst others. and will utilize your communication skills to make design presentations to clients.

WHAT'S REQUIRED
The strong candidate will be at an intermediate or preferably senior level, and possess robust designs skills, be exceptionally creative and have as strong imagination and be well versed in working with a range of project types. You will possess at least 8+ years of experience working with design and be capable of working independently with clients and consultants and responsible for all phases of design.
