Kiswishi City S.A. is the owner and developer of Kiswishi SEZ, the first private Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The project is located on the outskirts of Lubumbashi, approximately 14 km from the city’s central business district and 8 km from Luano International Airport.
Kiswishi City is a master-planned, mixed-use development designed to accommodate light industrial, commercial, residential, retail, social, and recreational activities.
