We currently inviting qualified candidates to join our growing international, dynamic, and creative team in Beijing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
▪ Develops solutions for architectural technical systems and details in support of project design intent.
▪ Explores design studies in 2D and 3D formats to determine optimal solutions.
▪ Coordinates design development, production, and delivery of projects as a technical leader of the project team.
▪ Contributes to project delivery strategies, coordinates with external consultants, and supervises production of benchmark documents.
▪ Assists in communicating with client representatives to identify long-term and short-term objectives of the design process.
▪ Manages junior staff, reports to Senior Architect and Technical Director regarding progress and performance of projects.
▪ Reports to Design Director and HOK leadership regarding progress and performance of projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:
▪ Minimum 6 years of architectural work experience, preferably dealing with Construction phase drawings.
▪ Registered Architect (HKIA/AIA/RIBA/PRC Equivalent) required.
▪ Knowledge of architectural construction methodology and building systems required.
▪ Demonstrable skills in technical design solutions required.
▪ Fluent in both spoken and written English required.
▪ Proficiency in Revit and strong technical abilities are required.
▪ US project experience preferred.
▪ LEED accreditation preferred, otherwise LEED AP or GA required within 12 months of employment.
