Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural design and documentation from concept to construction
  • Oversee construction administration (submittals, RFIs)
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain project documentation and quality standards
  • Develop design solutions aligned with project goals and constraints
  • Partner with the Project Manager to deliver milestones on time and within budget
  • Facilitate team communication and provide leadership, mentorship, and direction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (required)
  • 8–10 years of experience
  • Experience with large-scale projects (sports, entertainment, hospitality, or student facilities)
  • Licensed Architect (may consider those close to licensure)
  • Knowledge of codes, construction methods, and documentation processes
  • Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong communication skills
