Job

Summary


We
are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Design Architect to
lead our design team in delivering exceptional projects that showcase our
expertise in wood, furniture, and interior design. The ideal candidate will
have a strong portfolio, excellent design skills, and the ability to manage
projects from concept to completion.


Key

Responsibilities


  • Lead the design team in developing innovative and sustainable design
    solutions that incorporate wood, furniture, and interior design elements.

  • Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and
    within-budget delivery.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and
    preferences.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and
    other stakeholders.

  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design intent is
    maintained.

  • Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and other documentation
    to clients and stakeholders.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new
    technologies.

  • Mentor and guide junior design team members.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.

  • 3-7 years of experience in architecture, interior design, or a
    related field, with a focus on wood, furniture, and interior design.

  • Proven experience in leading design teams and managing projects.

  • Excellent design skills, with a strong portfolio that showcases
    expertise in wood, furniture, and interior design.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

  • Proficiency in design software, including Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, and
    Adobe Creative Suite
