Job Category: FinanceAnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a Full Time Project Approval Analyst II to review and make final approval decisions on conventional condo projects through limited review and non-complex full reviews. The Analyst II will approve entire projects through the Veterans Administration. The Analyst II will communicate final decisions of project approval or denial to the relevant parties. The Analyst will work on the AnnieMac Condominium Project Approval Database. Under the direct supervision of the Project Approval Team Lead, the job duties of the Project Approval Analyst II are:
- Review limited review and non-complex full review conventional loans.
- Procuring documentation to clear conditions.
- Contribute to maintaining the condo project approval database.
- Contributing to team meeting and other team work product.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years condominium project approval experience.
- Ability to analyze documentation with attention to detail.
- Understanding of condo project insurance requirements.
- Thorough understanding of conventional condominium requirements, including litigation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized and solution oriented.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong client service focus and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently and ability to multi-task.

Work Environment/Physical Demands:
- May have to manage a number of issues at one time.
- May be frequently interrupted to meet the needs and requests of employees and clients.
- Environment may be busy and noisy.
- Minimum 40 hour work week.
- Must be available for by phone and email during scheduled work hours.
- Will have to spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle strain.
Preferred Hours, 9:00am-6:00PM
