💻 THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a HR Project Manager for a international project.

🙂 WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide 1:1 coaching and consulting to managers to enhance leadership capability and decision-making, in complex scenarios including performance coaching, wellbeing and restructuring programmes. 
• Independently or in collaboration with HR and Legal partners, lead the resolution of policy or culture concerns, incident response, and threat management.
• Identify and escalate trends in employee relations and provide expert consulting in HR program areas.
• Partner with HR peers to manage and implement scalable capability-building initiatives.
• Employee Relations and Regulatory Compliance - Safeguards organizational integrity and fosters a positive work environment
• Enhances business outcomes by offering specialized advice and solutions across various challenges, leveraging a strong professional acumen and interpersonal effectiveness.
• Drives transformative growth in human resources by elevating workplace culture and building organizational capabilities through strategic development and inclusive practices.
• Enhances organizational and employee performance through the strategic design and execution of comprehensive human resource programs informed by data and industry best practices.

💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong HR experience, (5+ years), ideally in employee relations or HR consulting roles in a multinational environment
• Solid knowledge of labor law and HR practices
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-risk employee relations cases independently
  
  Experience partnering with Legal and senior stakeholders
• Strong coaching and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and sensitive situations
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (C1)
