Job Requirements

1.Supplier readiness (new supplier):

Implement EDI homologation with the supplier

Check ASN implementation

Check that export specifications are filled by the suppliers (license, ….)

Check that all prerequisites to open a flow between a new supplier and ILN is fulfilled by all functions (Purchasing, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain), …

2.System cartography :

Ensure Master data update is completed for ILN

Input in Renault systems the data needed to open a new logistics flow

3.Customer relationship : Ensure timely answer to the Overseas customers on the request for new parts

4.Local logistics : For a new supplier : Check the readiness and Start of Operation of the local logistics from an end to end point of view (transport management, warehouse operation, export activities)

5.Reporting activities: Consolidate the reporting request by ILN management and follow up reports Prepare analysis on specific topics (performance, …)

6.Complete other tasks as instructed by manager.

Qualifications

SKILLS:

1.Technical Skills:

Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles.

2.Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. Ability to prepare consolidation reports.

Leadership and Communication: Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

3.Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills.

4.Proficiency in English language Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Relevant previous experience
