Job Introduction
Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, more than 500 customers in some 150 countries with more than 45,000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience.
Key Tasks

• You manage the planning of internal and external meetings, business trips, and conference calls.
• You enjoy taking initiative and working independently and, in this sense, take responsibility for organizing extensive international travel (flights, hotels, transfers, visas) as well as coordinating meetings (conferences, video conferences, etc.).
• You support your teams in all administrative matters and simultaneously take on independently defined work packages, delivering them in high quality.
• You organize meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure their clear and timely communication.
• You keep track of the project status at all times and prepare documents, reports, and presentations in a structured manner.

Key Qualifications

• You have several years of experience in an assistant role and hold a commercial education at A‑level (Matura) standard
• You act with a service‑oriented mindset, think ahead and ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
• You organize meetings and events with dedication
• You are confident using MS Office programs.
• You present yourself empathetically, respectfully and professionally, listen well and bring a positive, solution‑oriented attitude.
• You have excellent English skills and good German skills.

Salary
The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 40,857 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
