In this role, you'll:


Working within our People & Culture Team at Sydney Trains, the primary purpose of our Project Analyst is to support our fast paced change and transformation team.
Working to tight timeframes, you will play a critical role in analysing establishment data, visualising organisational changes, and supporting key design workshops with our business stakeholders.

About you


This role is accountable for analysing establishment, staffing and structural data to inform operating model changes.


You will create clear and accurate visual representations of proposed changes using Microsoft Visio.


You will prepare materials, insights and documentation to support organisational design workshops.


You will work closely with the change and design teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment with the project’s strategic intent.


You will clean, validate, and reconcile complex datasets from multiple sources with a high level of accuracy.


You will take responsibility for sensitive information with strict confidentiality and professional judgement.


You will also identify risks, gaps or inconsistencies in data and proactively escalate as required.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is confident working independently, and understands the sensitivity and confidentiality required when dealing with organisational change.


This position is offered on a fixed term full time basis to 30th September 2026.
