Job Description

The Project Analyst will support and drive the delivery of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA consolidation programme across multiple institutions. The role focuses on ensuring effective project execution through structured planning, governance, and coordination across stakeholders.

The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining strong oversight of project deliverables, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely closure of all workstreams, while operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Delivery

• Support the development and execution of project plans, ensuring alignment to scope, timeline, and quality expectations
• Coordinate and track project activities, milestones, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
• Identify and escalate risks, issues, and potential delays, and support mitigation actions
• Ensure timely delivery of project outputs in accordance with agreed objectives

1. Governance, Tracking & Reporting

• Maintain structured tracking of project progress (e.g. risks, issues, action items, deliverables)
• Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and governance forums
• Ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy of project documentation and reporting
• Support compliance with project management and governance standards

1. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Work closely with business users, internal teams, and vendors to ensure alignment and coordination of activities
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and ensure timely follow-up on action items
• Support management of stakeholder expectations and timely escalation of key issues

1. Quality Assurance & Deliverable Management

• Ensure project deliverables are well-structured, accurate, and aligned across related outputs
• Review materials to minimise errors and reduce rework
• Ensure updates are consistently reflected across all relevant documentation

1. Ownership & Follow-Through

• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure end-to-end completion without reliance on reminders
• Maintain clear visibility of outstanding items, priorities, and timelines
• Ensure gaps are proactively identified and addressed across workstreams

1. Financial & Resource Support (if applicable)

• Support tracking of project budgets, resource utilisation, and financial status
• Assist in ensuring alignment between project activities and budget constraints

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in project management, PMO, or programme coordination within IT / transformation environments
• Experience in SAP / ERP implementation projects
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and coordinating activities across multiple workstreams; exposure to large-scale or multi-entity programmes is an advantage
• Strong organisational and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive deliverables to completion
• Ability to structure analysis, solve problems, and present information clearly and logically
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and drive follow-through
• Able to operate independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience in public sector and healthcare projects is an advantage
