The Business Integration Project Analyst supports the execution and coordination of initiatives related to Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA), Military Lending Act (MLA) and Partner Account Remediation processes. This role partners with cross-functional teams across Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Risk to ensure effective delivery of projects, regulatory adherence, and operational readiness.

The role is responsible for maintaining project documentation, tracking deliverables, supporting audit and exam activities, and providing analytical insights to build and improve process performance and compliance outcomes.This position reports to the Director of the CFN Account Remediation & Military Service Support Team.

Key Responsibilities includes the following:

Project Coordination & Execution Support

  • Support the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and deliverables for SCRA/MLA and Partner Remediation initiatives.
  • Support end-to-end integration of related initiatives, including system implementations (e.g., CLIC, ACE), process transformations, and regulatory updates.
  • Track project milestones, dependencies, and action items to ensure alignment with timelines.
  • Assist in coordinating activities across business, technology, compliance, and operations teams.
  • Monitor progress and escalate risks, delays, or issues to project leads as needed.
  • Support implementation activities and transition to business-as-usual operations.
  • Support tracking and resolution of issues or escalations related to SCRA, MLA case processing.
  • Help ensure processes are executed in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, action logs, and risk/issue trackers.

Audit & Regulatory Exam Support

  • Assist in preparing for internal audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory exams related to SCRA/MLA.
  • Gather and organize documentation, control evidence, and process artifacts for audit requests.
  • Support walkthroughs and documentation reviews with Compliance and Audit teams.
  • Track audit findings, remediation actions, and timelines to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain organized records to support ongoing audit readiness.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, compliance, or business analysis.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment (financial services preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office: including Excel, Access & PowerPoint.
  • Ability to interact cross-functionally and drive results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to SCRA and/or MLA processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting audits or compliance reviews.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Excel trackers, dashboards).
  • Familiarity with case management systems (e.g., CLIC, ACE, or similar platforms).
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

Salary Range: $65,500.00 to $102,500.00 annually + bonus + benefits
