The Project Analyst provides Tier I and Tier II help desk, quota management, and training operations support to the 4th Estate DACM Office. This position supports the 4th Estate Quota Management process, Defense Acquisition University (DAU) scheduling requirements, acquisition workforce compliance reporting, and customer service functions. The role requires strong coordination, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement skills to ensure timely, accurate support to 4th Estate agencies and partner organizations.
Customer Service & Help Desk
- Responds to 4th Estate inquiries within required timelines.
- Provides Tier I and Tier II support and system troubleshooting.
- Assists users with training requests, enrollment issues, and scheduling.
Quota Management & Training Support
- Executes 4th Estate Quota Management processes.
- Represents agency training managers when needed.
- Prepares and delivers quota-related briefings.
- Supports course demand forecasting and schedule planning.
- Ensures compliance with training, certification, and credential requirements.
Data & Reporting
- Produces and analyzes DAWIA-related reports.
- Coordinates with the Data Integration Team to maintain accurate data.
- Generates recurring reports for 4th Estate agencies.
- Supports quarterly DAU congressional reporting.
Travel & Administrative Support
- Manages student travel actions within required timelines.
- Attends meetings on behalf of the 4th Estate DACM Office.
- Develops and distributes acquisition workforce communications.
QualificationsMinimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 2+ years of program, administrative, or training support experience
- Experience providing Tier I/Tier II customer service
- Strong communication and customer-support skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to analyze and generate reports
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
