MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Analyst to join our team in Oahu, HI
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Drafts and prepares technical project documentation and executes routine reviews of program artifacts.
Maintain analytical data logs for project metrics and support the preparation of performance report summaries.
Follow established SOPs to ensure that all technical reviews are conducted with precision and in accordance with organizational standards.
Supports the technical validation of mission execution deliverables across the Indo-Pacific theater.
Draft project health reports and assist in the tracking of resource utilization trends within the Mission Execution and Controls Team.
Prepare data summaries for mission-partner reviews and support the maintenance of technical documentation for contingency plans.
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
3+ years of position relevant experience.
Proficiency in data collection and technical reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Foundational knowledge of project management principles.
DAWIA Level I in Program Management (or equivalent).
Experience in military logistics or operations documentation.
Clearance Requirements:
Must hold an active Secret clearance
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
