Job Description

This is a Project Analyst role. The main aim is to support our Insights, Analytics, and Advisory team to carry out project execution and management for market intelligence research.

Project Analysts are responsible for research projects set-up, fieldwork management, and data delivery. This role reports to a sector vertical, manned by Consultants and a Principal, and likewise supports in the vertical’s administrative requirements. Thus, this role works closely with other internal stakeholders throughout the entire project cycle.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Support in Insights, Analytics and Advisory team in research project set-up, execution monitoring to guarantee on time delivery across set-up to reporting project milestones

  • Work closely and communicate with other team members, fieldwork vendors, Manila Hub, and Local / Global PI Team to facilitate end-to-end project execution

  • Follow through quality control protocol, assist in data checking and validation to ensure final data output is of highest quality, accurate and meet IQVIA standards and process

  • Assist the team in analysis delivery through visualization (via PowerBI, Excel); contribute to output/report development

Job Scope (Philippines specific)

  • Understand study objective, project scope, methodology, sample size, recruitment criteria / requirements, timelines

  • Support IAA Consultants/Project managers in project execution and day-to-day overall project management aligning compliant execution against established operations standards and rules

    • Assist in preparing fieldwork materials for kick-off -i.e. kick-off deck which outlines the project team, research objective, sample size / quota, timeline and the next steps

    • Support Project Manager in checking and finalising survey links; working closely with Manila Hub, fieldwork partners / local teams to launch the surveys / studies

    • Monitor fieldwork progress and ensure sample completion as per quota

    • Learn how to: prepare data quality checking, develop data table specs, validate final data tables, translating data tables into charts for reports

    • Support Qualitative studies (IDIs, FGDs) via online hosting, respondent-moderator coordination, AI-assisted notetaking

  • Update & maintain on-going project files and documentation (i.e. research materials, timeline, kick-off deck, data table specs, final data tables)

  • Assist the team in analysis delivery through visualization (via PowerBI, Excel); contribute to output/report development

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

  • 1-2 years in project management experience; preferably in Primary Market Research

  • Detail-oriented, especially when it comes to numbers

  • With basic statistics knowledge (i.e. significance testing, probability, means, correlation)

  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal. Able to convey message clearly to stakeholders and vendors in Tagalog and English

  • Collaborative

    • Contributing positively to team operations and working relationships

    • Can build and maintain healthy relationship with stakeholders and vendors

  • Prioritizes effectively to deliver multiple requirements across projects within team

  • Trainable - able to adapt and apply learning in a face paced environment

  • Have great interest in healthcare industry and is always curious to learn more the industry
