Working within the Tech Platforms Delivery Performance & Governance team to support the leadership team and Project Managers with IT governance compliance, financial cost models, raising and receipting of Purchase Orders, SAP reports, OPC project data integrity / reporting, project closure, AUC capitalisation.

What you will be doing:

  • Support the Heads of and Delivery Leads within Technical Platforms to maintain the integrity of OPC data.
  • Support the project managers in adhering to the PMO IT Governance processes.
  • Support the project managers with project finance reporting including cost models, SAP actuals, OPC forecasts.
  • Support reporting for Technical Platforms including OPC reports, performance packs and 4 boxes.
  • Support the Technical Platforms team with financial processes including assets under construction and verification.
  • Provide support for key processes within project and programme management - e.g. Project gates, performance reviews, change, portfolio management, change control , assets.
  • Manage the closure of projects with the accountable Project Managers.
  • Assist in the purchase order process for project work.
  • Assist with Technical Platforms process improvements and documenting new processes and ways of working.
