Job Description

The Project Analyst I will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence and analytics solutions that support data-driven decision-making at PIKE Engineering. This role requires strong expertise in BI development, data modeling, and reporting technologies, along with the ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team environment. The candidate will work closely with Operational Departments and the Engineering Technology Services Team to translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions that improve visibility, efficiency, and performance. Experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau, along with low-code or data-centric platforms such as QuickBase or Microsoft Power Apps, is a plus.

Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence and analytics solutions that support data-driven decision-making at PIKE Engineering.

· Translate business and operational requirements into scalable data models, dashboards, and reports that improve organizational visibility and performance.

· Develop and maintain data visualizations and analytical reporting solutions using platforms such as Power BI

· Collaborate closely with operational teams and the Engineering Technology Services Team to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights.

· Utilize analytical tools and languages (e.g., Python, Excel, SQL) to perform data analysis, automation, and validation to ensure data quality and reliability.

· Provide documentation, training, and ongoing support to end users to promote effective adoption and use of analytics and reporting solutions.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

· Experience working with analytics, reporting, or data‑centric applications

· Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team-based project environment.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with operational and technical stakeholders.

· Detail-oriented with solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take initiative with guidance as needed.
