Digital advertising is evolving rapidly. Platforms like Google and Meta are increasingly powered by AI, with solutions such as Performance Max and Advantage+ automating much of the campaign optimization process. As automation becomes the norm, success depends less on manually adjusting campaigns and more on understanding business objectives, interpreting performance data, and making strategic optimization decisions.

As a Performance Specialist, you will help clients achieve their business goals by planning, managing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns on the Realize platform. Working closely with clients, you will leverage data-driven insights to maximize campaign performance, build trusted relationships, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, manage, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns to achieve clients' performance and delivery KPIs.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement data-driven recommendations to improve campaign results.
  • Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance and maximize ROI.
  • Translate campaign performance data into clear, actionable insights through reports, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and client meetings.
  • Consult with clients to understand their business objectives, customer journey, and conversion goals, ensuring campaigns are optimized towards meaningful business outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and resolve campaign-related issues.
  • Manage multiple client accounts while consistently meeting internal KPIs, service quality standards, and project deadlines.
  • Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, AI-powered advertising technologies, and industry best practices.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree will be considered an advantage.
  • Has 2–3 years of experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, or campaign management.
  • Has hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar performance marketing platforms. Experience with Realise or native advertising platforms is considered an advantage.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills and is comfortable interpreting performance data to drive optimization decisions.
  • Has a solid understanding of key digital marketing metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, and Conversion Rate.
  • Has excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex performance data in a simple and actionable way.
  • Is customer-focused and enjoys building long-term relationships based on trust and measurable results.
  • Can prioritize effectively, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
  • Is proactive, curious, and passionate about learning new technologies and digital advertising trends.
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
