Job Description

One of the fastest-growing Electronic Security providers continues to expand in the New Jersey market - and has a new opening for a Help Desk Administrator in their Hackensack Headquarters! This role will serve as a crucial operational, admin and coordination position to match the growing customer base and project execution!

  • Customer liaison and POC for intake calls and service requests
  • First touch-point for technical questions and inquries
  • Projects involve Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion, Alarm, Security and Low Voltage systems
  • Schedule service appointments, technician assignments and project documentation
  • Maintain tickets, reporting and operational workflows
  • Technical training and system knowledge to be provided
  • Full-time, on-site position in Hackensack
  • Permanent role with Medical, Dental, Vision benefits + 401k plan
